KNUCA Enters the International Ranking of the World’s Best Engineering Universities According to the THE Engineering University Rankings 2026

🎓  Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture has been included for the first time in the Engineering University Rankings 2026, published by the leading British outlet Times Higher Education. The University is ranked in the 1251+ band in the Engineering subject area. This was announced by KNUCA Rector Oleksii Dniprov.

📊  The Engineering University Rankings evaluate higher education institutions across five main subject areas: general engineering; electrical and electronic engineering; mechanical and aerospace engineering; civil engineering; and chemical engineering.

This year’s Engineering University Rankings 2026 include 14 higher education institutions from Ukraine.

🌎  Overall, 1,555 universities from 98 countries and territories were evaluated using the same 18 performance indicators applied in the World University Rankings 2026. The five core areas of assessment are teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook.

Previously, KNUCA was also included in two other Times Higher Education rankings — the World University Rankings 2026 and the Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026.
