Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) and the Swedish organization V94 are launching a joint project for the professional training of veterans.

The SAFER Reconstruction project is aimed at training specialists in health, safety and environment (HSE) at the Vinnytsia Vocational College of Construction, Architecture and Design of KNUCA. This was announced by Rector Oleksii Dniprov.
🏗 Thirty Ukrainian veterans will undergo training and will be able to work as HSE coordinators, implementing EU standards in the construction sector during Ukraine’s reconstruction.
KNUCA will provide coordination and academic support for the educational process. The KNUCA Veterans Institute “Architecture of Resilience” is involved in the implementation and is responsible for supporting participants.
👥 The SAFER Reconstruction project brings together an international consortium of partners: V94 – management and coordination, BDO Consulting – training of trainers, Vinnytsia Vocational College – training delivery, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine – access to practical experience, the Ukrainian Veterans Fund – selection and support of participants, the Association of Civic Education Teachers – acquisition of EU democratic values.
